Partridges was created more than 30 years ago and during the past three decades the dedicated owners and staff have worked tirelessly to supply the finest fresh seafood to be found in Australia. Our philosophy is that fresh seafood is exactly what it says it is: seafood caught daily and delivered directly to Partridges so we can distribute it immediately to our customers.
We are centrally located in Nedlands and Hillarys which serve as both distribution centres to clients such as restaurants, cafes and bars as well as a base to sell our exceptionally fresh seafood directly to our customers. We are especially thrilled about our recent expansion to Hillarys where we have set up a new shop to meet the growing demand for our produce.
Matt Beagley, the owner, originally joined Partridges as a young teenager and he immediately realised he has an innate passion for fresh seafood and for sharing his love of it with customers. In fact he loved the job so much he went on to buy the firm and he continues to pour all his energy into Partridges in an effort to continually improve standards.
The vast majority of our produce is fished only from Australian waters and wild fish are all line caught as we recognise the vital importance of sustainable fishing. By sourcing sustainable seafood we can help safeguard the health of our oceans and ensure the stocks remain to feed many future generations.
Our fresh seafood is of such high quality we are renowned as being the regular and preferred suppliers to many of Perth’s finest restaurants. We deliver six days a week to multiple locations and all our supplies are freshly caught, the fish is perfectly filleted and by only selecting produce from reliable and trusted suppliers, the taste, flavours and texture are consistently phenomenal.
Our service always comes with a smile and to us selling fresh seafood is so much more than simply a business – it’s a way of life. We love asking clients what they are looking for and then exploring options by talking through what’s available, how best to prepare it and even what to serve it with.
