Larner’s are the primary supplier of fresh oysters in WA and they source this delectable mollusc mainly from South Australia in Coffin Bay and Smokey Bay. The exact origin of our oysters from Larner’s does depend on the season and the location may change depending on the time of year to ensure we only ever stock the juiciest, fattest and most delicious of oysters. Perth people know there they really are so succulent they need nothing other than a squeeze of fresh lime and a little sea salt. Of course there are a wealth of recipes for oysters and they can equally be cooked to your satisfaction.

We provide a delivery service to restaurants throughout the Perth metro area and beyond six days a week. Alternatively customers can pop into our shops in Hillarys or Nedlands and buy directly from us.
Our suppliers are renowned for their first class and highly efficient in house shucking system which removes any chance of cross contamination that may be present if they were to be shucked by a third party. They’re shucked daily by Larner’s and brought directly to Partridges where we distribute them promptly to Perth’s best eating establishments.
