The fillets we sell are sourced exclusively from Huon in Tasmania which has been farming salmon for more than thirty years and during that time the company has fine-tuned its breeding programme. Tasmanian Atlantic salmon comes from an extremely pure and pristine marine environment and the cooler temperatures are ideal for breeding first-rate disease-free fish.
